Mig Welder
MIG WELDER
Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Entry level MIG welder must possess basic welding knowledge
- Experienced MIG welder must possess an in depth knowledge of welding
- Ability to use fixtures
- Proficient in reading tape measure
- Certifications a plus but not mandatory
- Observe all plant and safety guidelines
Applicants must be able to pass welding test consisting of the following:
- Ability to set up welder before and during the test
- Vertical up/down welding
- Horizontal welding
- Weld wraps
- Ability to close the gap and overall weld
Diamond Manufacturing has up to date equipment (MIG Welders; Tig Welders,
Laser, Plasma Table, Press Brake, Machining Centers, and Fresh Air Control).
Diamond Manufacturing works a four (4) day/10-hour work schedule Monday
through Thursday. If necessary, overtime work is scheduled on Friday. Starting pay for welder is between $17.00 and $20 .00/hr based upon weld test results and relevant experience. Pay increases at 6 months, 12 months and annually thereafter.

Assembly Operator
ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for
Assembly Operators with the following qualifications:
- Ability to assemble parts at high level of quality
- Capable of reading a tape measure accurately
- Ability to operate power tools (drills, impacts, ratchets, saws, etc)
- Ability to work in team environment
- Quality focused; must be able to pay very close attention to detail
- to meet customer demands
- Willing to cross train in
- other areas of production
- Blue Print reading is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have good math and calculating skills
- Must receive forklift certification in order to move assembled parts
- Observe all plant and safety guidelines
- Assist or fill in for other employees as directed
- Maintain a neat and orderly workplace
Diamond Manufacturing works

Assembly Department Lead
Diamond
Manufacturing of Bluffton, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Maintain production schedule for the assembly department to ensure weekly shipments are completed on time
- Overseeing the assembly team to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met; attention to detail is imperative
- Provide clear instructions via the blueprint for assembly requirements
- Assign assembly employees to tasks where their skills are best utilized
- Ability to coordinate workflow with supporting departments
- Continually look to improve workflow to improve efficiency
- Ensure all new hires are fully trained in a reasonable amount of time
- Maintain tool supplies and request replacements when needed; confirm all tools are put away daily
- Operate forklift
- Keeping the assembly area clean and organized; clean up the area at the end of the day
- Follow and enforce safety and company policies
- Uphold a positive work environment
- Other duties required by management
An ideal candidate will need excellent leadership and communication skills. Must be able to organize the work area to ensure the most efficient workflow. Some supervisory/leadership experience would be beneficial. Must be able to operate powertools and read tape measure efficiently.
Diamond Manufacturing works a four (4) day/10-hour work schedule Monday through Thursday. If necessary, overtime work is scheduled on Friday. The pay for this position will be discussed based upon previous experience. Pay increases at 6, 12 months and annually thereafter.
